My daughter’s skin looked so good for a week or two after birth. Then, she started having rashes and what my midwife called a new born rash. It will clear in no time, she said. A week passed and nothing happened and as a mother, I began to worry. I visited my GP, who said, give it two months, it will be completely gone. I remember facing the same issue with my 1st but it didn’t last this long. He had baby acne, a little wipe with cotton wool face pad and double base gel got him sorted.
So I taught, using the same product on my daughter (2nd child) will sort it. I patiently waited for two months and yes it cleared and then it seemed like it started again.
Little did I know it was dry skin and double base gel wasn’t working. So I turned to Oilatum.
I used daily soothe and protect junior bath foam during bath.

Results: 😃😃 one very happy mother and a very smooth and moisturised baby skin.
I can’t recommend it enough for any parent who is facing dry skin challenges with their little one.
Results is within days not weeks. The moisture is locked in that you don’t see patches of dry skin later on in the day, especially during nappy change.
